NCG CAM - Adaptive Area Clearance

What to imagine under the Adaptive term? In NCG CAM case it means, that user sets conditions/parameters and they have to be kept during the whole cutting process. The toolpath is created according the tool needs. Nothing more, nothing less!

The standard toolpath, which has been still existing, doesn't reflect the tool needs and so the toolpath is created according to the geometry. It can be good in a few cases but because it is the cutting process where the cutting conditions, tool load etc. have the important impact, the outputted toolapaths aren't the right ones especially in the roughing machining. The tool load, the volume of the removed material in time etc. are changed many times during the standard toolpath.

„ Adaptive Area Clearance “ is generated according to the tool needs during the whole cutting process. The main factor is it mustn't exceed the maximum tool load engagement - the angle of the tool-material contact. Thanks to this it is possible to cut a shape at 100% with the same parameters as a cutting along the straight line. No need to worry about any tool overloading.

By Adaptive Area Clearance is available the feature "Both Directions", so it is possible to use both continuous and non-continuous machining.
